Aaron Fairweather played wing for the Knights NYC this year, but he played mostly fullback for the NSW cup side where he spent most of the season, and he is more a fullback than a winger.

Wests Tigers have announced their squad and given a run down of each player.

http://www.weststigers.com.au/defau...&title=wests-tigers-u20s-squad-hits-the-field

Faleula Finau – Was the 2010 Wests Tigers U20s leading tryscorer, crossing for 15 tries in 18 matches. A popular player amongst team-mates, his ability to finish off a backline play will again be vital.

Tanqele Naiyaravaro – A strong winger that will certainly have a big impact. Enjoyed a great year for Otahu in the NZ competition in 2010.

Matt Evans – A super quick outside back recruited from the South Sydney SG Ball team. Had a mixed 2010 due to injuries but if can stay healthy, will provide plenty of excitement.

Tim Simona – An exciting centre who crossed for five tries in 13 matches for Wests Tigers U20s in 2010. Can set up tries well for his winger.

Lance Siataga – A strongly built centre who will be looking for more game opportunities in 2011.

Liam Ayoub – Showed potential in his eight games in the halves for the U20s in 2010. He should now step up and take a leadership role next season.

Jay Bonnell – A utility back and good organiser. He can play in the halves or at fullback and represented NSW Catholic Schools in 2010. A product of St Gregorys College Campbelltown.

Evander Waitoa – A very tough half, five-eighth or hooker. He captained Wellington U18s in 2010 and is a player to watch out for.

Adrian Tatola – Product of Holy Cross College, he is a hard working forward that will do plenty of the tough stuff that goes unnoticed.

Ethan Tafili – Played 19 matches for Wests Tigers U20s in 2010. He will gain plenty of experience and will be looking to be a forward leader next season.

Mosese Fotuaika – A great front row prospect, who is close to being the strongest player in the squad. Will create a real impact in his first year. A product of Keebra Park.

Joel Luani – A Balmain junior who represented Australian Schoolboys in rugby in 2010. A hard working back rower.

Brodie Monroe – Has had a couple of seasons off with injury but is fit and ready to go. A back-rower, 2011 will be a learning curve for him in preparation for the following season.

Shaun Spence – Was one of the Wests Tigers U20s best forwards in 2010. A tall, lanky back-rower who has plenty of skills and can offload in traffic.

Sebastian Vourlos – Strongly built prop who will be hoping for an injury free run in 2011. Product of Holy Cross Ryde.

Justin Smith – Represented Australian Schoolboys in 2009 but suffered a few injuries this year. A very quick utility back from Scone, he is looking to re-establish himself next season.

Ratu Tagive – Younger brother of former Wests Tigers winger Peni Tagive. He has the same attributes as Peni, being very quick and good under the high ball.

Marika Koroibete – Outstanding full-back talent from the islands of Fiji. He is extremely quick off both feet and with a little bit of polish, could be anything.

Luke Turner – A Wests junior, he played first grade for Thirlmere in the Group 6 competition in 2010. Will be looking for a big season to establish himself as an NRL centre.

Theo Leato – Played for Wests SG Ball this year and is a good utility back who is very quick and good on his feet.

Curtis Sironen – An exciting young prospect who showed plenty of ability in his five games at the back end of the season for the U20s in 2010. He now needs to mature to develop into an NRL player.

Shaun Craig – Brother of Dayne Craig who played U20s for Wests Tigers in 2010. A good hard working defensive back-rower, he has a very big motor and just keeps working all the time.

Daniel Ahsin – Played one game for Wests Tigers U20s in 2010. A Wests junior who represented the Australian Schoolboys in 2009. A good young back-rower.

Mason Talolua –Showed plenty of consistency in his 19 matches for Wests Tigers U20s in 2010. A prop/back-rower who will be looking to build on his solid season next year.

Inno Innesesso – A real pocket rocket, this lock forward puts in a 110 per cent effort in every match. He will certainly make people sit up and take notice.

Jay Masueli – A big, strong prop who get across the advantage line. Is a tireless worker in defence.

Sebastian Sell – A back-rower who played SG Ball for Wests Magpies in 2010. Is another workhorse that loves the tough stuff.

Ben Saunders – A utility half/hooker who played SG Ball for Balmain in 2010. Looking to establish himself in a permanent position.

Tim Sloman – Product of St Gregorys College Campbelltown, he played SG Ball for Wests Magpies in 2010 where he received the best and fairest player of the year award.

Ryan Jowett – A big strong back-rower from the Central Coast who will be looking to break into the NYC team next year.

Ben Jarvis – Played SG Ball for Balmain this year before being struck down with injury. Will be hoping to have better luck next season as he tries to establish himself in the back-row.

Matt Groat – A great front-row prospect for the future who has represented NSW U18s and Australian Schoolboys.

Joel Wisbey – Heads into his third season of the U20s competition after two fine years with Wests Tigers. A former centre, Wisbey has a high work-rate and has developed into a good attacking second-rower.

Setefano Taukafa – An exciting outside back who is coming off a knee injury this year. Will provide plenty of interest for fans in 2011.

Sam Atuau – A tough as nails hooker from the Wests SG Ball team. He will stiffen up the centre of the ruck.

Jesse Sue – An outstanding young second-rower from the Wests SG Ball. Has plenty of potential as a line breaking wide running back-rower.

Lovett, Tedesco and Nofoaluma although training with the 20's wont be considered till after SG Ball.......I Think.

The only other one in that list still eligible for SG Ball is Sironen.

Justin Smith played a few games on the wing for Knights NYC this year, but he was always out of position.
He can't help himself - he moves to fullback in defence all the time - often makes tackles on the wrong side of the field.
He is a very good fullback - screams at players all game - noiciest fullback i've ever seen.
Great player as a fullback - tore up the schoolboy carnival two years ago.

Anybody have the Warriors NYC 2011 squad?

I doubt it would be formalised yet.
They will just have a BIG train-on squad.
  • all players 17+ that are contracted
  • Top Warriors Development
  • Players picked from Open Trials
  • Players picked from Auckland Club Footy
Warriors have a massive pool of players to select from.
