1/ Easts

2/ Manly

3/ Panthers

4/ Dogs

5/ Raiders

6/ Nth Qld

7/ Cronulla

8/ Eels

9/ Warriors

10/ Brisbane

11/ Dragons

12/ Souths

13/ Melbourne

14/ Wests Tigers

15/ Gold Coast

16/ Newcastle.

The heartbreaking loss for the Broncos will haunt them for an age,and it will show in their performances in 2016.

Manly will no doubt bounce back after an indifferent year. But that depends on Barrett's ability as a coach.

I was impressed with Canberra's Stuart's resolve during the year when he mentioned that [after a narrow loss] his squad has the potential to be quite a team.I read his eyes and one couldn't feel that what he said he truly believed.

Everyone as usual will be trying to knock off the reigning champs and Nth Qld will be dropping a few more games in 2016,but will be comfortably in the 8.

The Eels with their resergance, and astute buying will be the surprise packets in 2016.

The Panthers with new coach Griffin, will be a revitalized unit. And with the younger players having another year in top grade, the Panthers will no doubt have a squad that will make inroads and consolidate a top 8 spot.

Notable teams to miss out will be Melbourne,Wests Tigers,Souths and Brisbane.

And when everyone's opinion differs from mine, simply turn the table upside-down.

Ah, the annual pissing in the wind to predict the table thread. Don't mind if I do.

1. Roosters
2. Warriors
3. Cowboys
4. Brisbane
5. Melbourne
6. Dragons
7. Canberra

13. Newcastle
14. Parramatta
15. Manly
16. Gold Coast

Pretty similiar to this year. There's usually at least one team that leaps up, and the Warriors are about due for a good year again. But really, apart from the Roosters, donkeys, and Cowboys being up there again and the Tits being well out of it, who knows?

There wasn't a huge change from 2014/2015 tables. Cronulla and penrith pretty much swapped places.

I think that will change in 2016.

No table here but a few predications:

* Souths and roosters to drop but still likely make the 8

* dogs and manly miss the 8

* wArriors 4th

* Broncos top 2

* sharks highest finishing Sydney team

* Titans spoon

I'd have to agree with those actually. We agree on something:lol:

1. Broncos
2. Cowboys
3. Roosters
4. Warriors (putting a lot of faith in them with this. If they miss the 8, they're unhelpable)

5. Sharks
6. Storm
7. Bulldogs
8. Souffs

9. Penrith (because Griffin loves being on the fringe)
10. Canberra
11. Manly
12. Parra

13. Dragons
14. Titans
15. Knights
16. Tigers

Order of the bottom 8 could change on a dime to be honest, but next year will be very similar to this one, where the top 6 teams are far and away the real contenders of the comp from Round 13 or so onwards and the rest are just filling in the winter. The Tigers and the Tits in particular will be roadkill.

I can see the trend here, you place the teams that you like in the top 8 and the teams you really hate in the bottom 8, you also toss in that team you support in the top 4 somewhere

because half of these predictions are mind boggling

Despite getting Luke and RTS, i still cant put the warriors anywhere near the top 4.

1-4 Roosters, Cowboys, Storm, Sharks

5-8 Broncos, Manly, Bulldogs, Souffs

9-12 Eels, Panthers, Dragons, Warriors

13-16 Tigers, Titans, Knights, Raiders
