I renewed for my 2017 membership (7 years consecutive now). Packs were meant to arrive by Christmas, yet they did not for majority of fans. The reason, you may ask? In their infinite wisdom, someone forgot to print the Gate and Aisle numbers on the tickets for ANZ Stadium. What an asinine error. It really angers me that something so simple can be messed up so sensationally. It's not as though they have a lot to send in their packs either, too cheap for a hat or key ring.
