Just looking through the Knights line-up and there is no renowned goalkicker within the side...

Who'll be kicking for goal in 2018?

Ponga. I don’t think it’s been pointed out yet though so top shelf thread.

Kicked at 67.9% in 2016 within the NYC...

Goalkicking is underestimated and a lot of close losses can come down to missed conversions.

Don't think we have many options given that Lamb, Hodko and Meaney won't be in firsts.
Ponga is mentioned by many but not sure 67% in u20s a season or more ago is a high recommendation, hoping we unearth a kicker due to necessity. If not Ponga will have to do.

Ponga for mine. It seems like he can do everything

I’m sure the club has looked at that aspect and will have the designated
Kickers practicing and getting coaching lessons.

If we don't lose Hodko he could be our kicking coach

Lesson 1. If the kick is more than 20m out find someone else to take it.

Ponga has a natural, raw gift for it. He's still unrefined and needs coaching but I think he'll get the nod

There’s an option if we can sneak him onto the wing.

A lot of pressure for the kid but I think he can handle it. Gotta start somewhere.

Ponga is a likely candidate. I think he could have in handled quite well.
