PNG

David Mead
Marcus Bai
Neville Costigan
Adrain Lam

They have a headstart but

Scotland.

Andrew McCullough (Will have the lead for 2 seconds with a nifty DH like dart start before finishing the 100m in time of 22.63)
Scott MacDougall (hurdles leg, breaks WR)
Adam MacDougall (200m leg - 100m sideways, 100m forward)
James McManus (the flying scotsmans screams home the anchor leg)

How did Slater miss out on the AU team.

Slater,
Morris,
Gordon,
Barba

An interesting race would be 4 X 100 by club/position.

First leg - FR or Hooker
Second leg - Backrow
Third leg - Playmakers / Centres
Fourth leg - Wing / FB.

Now that would bring the crowds back.......................

We would win the Club 4x100 comfortably, don't know about the position based one Nuffy mentioned though.... Unless we could get Danny Wicks out on Day release.

I think the dogs or titans might give us a fair run with the likes of morris, barba and mead, gordon in their ranks.

If they combine their teams, sure.

I don't think any club will beat:

1. Kev
2. Boyd (has a lot of speed, particularly in a straight line)
3. Mullen/Roberts (both very quick)
4. Uate

But i could be overlooking clubs, certainly.

1. Kev
2. Uate
3. Tahu
4. Boyd

That start would get us out to a big lead, Tahu would bring back those 2001 legs and Boyd would anchor it home.

re barba and slater: i was half watching Howzat and half watching an educational video (JapSlurp) so i couldn't really focus, i am sorry

i like the race by position though, gives every club a chance

but never gonna happen unless kerry packer was running the show

The Sydney Club Rugby dude that came 2nd (behind Turner) is now playing for the Tigers lower grades isnt he? John Grant...and no, not the ARLC head honcho.

Him, Koribete, Lawrence and Ryan would do alright.
