Anthony Laffranchi top tackler

Anthony Laffranchi has slipped into the League’s top tackling list with a total of 639 for the season. He is 10th behind Scott Sattler (9th on 658) which is a good sign. Top is Nutley (suppose Cronulla have plenty of tackling to do) on 820.
My impression is that Laffranchi’s numbers were a bit down in the last few weeks. Against Penrith, Mark ONeill again led the tackle count with 37 - plus 15 hit ups. Laffranchi made 22 tackles in that game. Laffranchi has really come on this season - another good sign for next season.

Yeah i dunno why but I really really like him...he doesnt get the raps
he deserves...I think hes gunna be one of these quiet achievers
like buckets...does their stuff and just gets on with it.He will get them
though in the future.I reckon hes rep potential if he keeps progressin

it's great to have a player who was wests tigers rookie of the year in 2002 go on and take the next step the year after.
