The Rugby Football League (RFL) announced on Monday that the World Cup 2013 Rugby League will take place in four countries including France. England, Wales and Ireland are the other three host countries. In France, the cities of Avignon and Perpignan host games. would've liked to see France have all 3 games at home. France vs PNG @ Perpignan, vs Samoa @ Avignon and vs NZ @ Toulouse. Should be able to pull around 12-18,000. Shame they have to play one of their matches in England .
