What a great cause!

Mark Hughes is a legend.

Worked with his old man when when he made the SOO team, at Peach's expense....talk about mixed emotions!!

A true gentleman & he's passed that on to his son....

UpUpKurri (Hughes's junior club), they have the same victory tune as us!

Yeah, one of my mates at 40, and a work mate at 45 (with two little kids), within the last few years. merkin of a disease, devastating to families.

Nice bloke, eh.

Used to enjoy watching him in the local league for Kurri before moving to the Knights.

He is a funny dude too

I remember him asking the Newcastle coach ( Hagan ) if " mark Hughes " was going to be the Capt of Knights when Joey was injured.

But he did it at the press conference from the back of the room
Funny stuff
Hagen got half way thru answering when he twigged who'd asked the question.

It's a great cause.
Is this connected to Carrie Bickmore's one?
I've bought from that one a few times.
Or are these separate but strangely doing the exact same thing?

I really wished they had played in them.

Watch a cowboy run down the field, obligatory high shot from Gallen, Beanie sails into the air.

Definitely an awesome cause. I saw last night after the game that they had a goal of $400K to raise for the entire round of footy. Last i saw before heading to bed they were nearly at $900k after only one game! Amazing effort from all involved so far.

I over heard one bloke say to his teenage daughter
I'm not paying $30 for a beanie you'll only wear once.

Dumb f**k totally missing the point
I'm sure people don't buy a red nose thinking they'll wear it everyday either

...and they were $20 ( men's were - dunno about the girls ones with the Pom Pom)
