Is he as good as we're being told he is?

If he can replace Colella he must be good. So, why's he leaving you?

I really don't think Ben Roarty is that good at all and he certainly wouldn't be as much as an asset as Colella is or was. Ben Roarty is the classic bench player, he comes on when the main players get tired and tries to hold on until they return. There are much better players coming off contract but if you needed a player mid season, there are not that many options.



He was released because Penrith didn't think they could offer him a contract after this season.

Kaon's right. I also think there would be some great young kids coming through for Penrith if the current state of their side is anything to go by.
