It means he failed the roadside drug test and they'll be awaiting the lab results of the second test done back at the station.

I think it’s more likely the other way around. No team has ever won a comp without a player going DUI.

Someone needs to explain to these guys how cheap and easy it is to get an Uber for 20 bucks compared to the hassle and cost of getting busted.
