Club voting

Yo. Does anybody know how the identification process work for voting at the club elections?

All I know is that each member must take a photo of their completed ballot paper so they can provide evidence to their current or next prospective employer or face the sack. Well at least that was what Ian the Bank Manager told me over this mornings coffee.
