I like how Easts have won 11 and Sydney Roosters 4 but counted as 15 premierships under Sydney Roosters, Canterbury have 9 and Bulldogs 1 but counted as 10 under Canterbury Bulldogs BUT St George sits on 15 and St George Illawarra sit on 1, the NRL insists they stay separate. I will never understand the logic. If you go to the club you will see history of wins by the club. It just does not disappear. Saints have been treated like Newtown, University, Glebe and any other club that no longer is part of the NRL. There is no difference to them and St George according to the NRL records. They even celebrate Melbourne Storms cheating premierships more than Saints.

If you look at Wests Tigers I would also not have any issue if they combined Balmain 11 and Wests 4 , Wests Tigers 1 to show Wests Tigers as winning 16 premierships, because at the end of the day, their clubs will show history of winning those premierships.
