Do you not think if Canberra, Auckland, Newcastle, Nth Qld were to play their home games in similar sized stadiums as ANZ their crowds wouldn't look small. Would we have to kick them out also?
The funding of Canberra, Auckland and the Cowboys is not critical on having 25.000 plus crowds. Newcastle is about to get a new grandstand with additional corporate facilities, so their revenue should go up

Remember Melbourne played their home games at Telstra Dome (55,000) and went backwards. Shouldn't they have been kicked out.
I thought the Storm left Docklands because they were given the arse end of the scheduling from the AFL

The answer is no of course not, what we need to do is look at the root causes of the games problems and build from there. Things such as games live against the gate, Saturday night games in Sydney,
But didn’t you say in a previous post that crowds in Sydney are up? If you eliminated PayTV “Live” time slots, wouldn’t that reduce the money from the Pay TV contract? The Cowboys play all their games on a Saturday night. The Raiders and the Warriors get allocated more Saturday night games than most clubs. It’s a lot colder in Auckland and Canberra on a Saturday night than in Sydney
crap management, improving stadiums so clubs have 25000-30000 stadiums,
There are plenty of good boutique stadiums in Sydney at the moment ….. Parramatta, Penrith, Kogarah are all excellent. Shark Park had an upgrade last year. Campbelltown is getting an upgrade this year. Brookvale next year. SFS is a great facility

bringing the feelgood factor back into the game, getting the media on our side etc.
Crowds are better than the past so what would the wank factor do?

Kicking teams out is VERY reactionary and does MORE damage than good.
I wouldn’t think the NRL would have it on their plans to kick anyone one out

Give Penrith,Souths and Cronulla the arse. Manly hopefully can fold too. Replaced with Adelaide and Perth.

Why the f**k would you give Cronulla the flick, when you have all that potential money to be made from the whole shire, there is no team to compete with(bar st george), exactly what peach said, why lose a team with support from a large area?
Same goes for penriff.
