I think they are having problems, that's what I read at Rugbyforumxiii.

Seems to happen only when RL is to be shown, this is the 4th year in a row the same thing has happened when I've tried to watch it.

If I was living in France, I'd be ringing up and telling Orange to stick their subscription as far as they can up their arses.

As others said on there, it only happens when the RL is to be shown.
