Kick off time for Cowboys-Broncos: ALSO TIMES FOR PRELIMINARY FINAL AT AUSSIE STADIUM Penrith vs ?
The NRL reminds all fans and media outlets that the Saturday night semi-final at Dairy Farmers Stadium and the following weeks 1st preliminary final at Aussie Stadium will both kick off at 7.45pm.
The change in times brings the kick-offs in line with the more traditional evening kick off.
While the time-slot change does not affect this weeks Premier League and Jersey Flegg games (which had already been moved to Leichhardt oval), the times for the September 25 preliminary games at Aussie Stadium will be adjusted accordingly (ie. moved back 45 minutes).
Please note the adjusted times for Week 3 of the Telstra Premiership final series;
Friday September 24 Belmore Sports Ground
Penrith will be involved in one of these 2 games
6:00pm Jersey Flegg match 1
7:30pm Jersey Flegg match 2
Saturday September 25 Aussie Stadium
3:45pm Gates open
4:10pm Arrive Alive Cup
5:35pm Premier League
7:45pm NRL
All teams who have qualified for the preliminary finals will be confirmed on Sunday 19 September.
Several other major events will also be underway in the Moore Park precinct on Saturday 25 September and the NRL and Aussie Stadium are urging fans to catch public transport to the event.
