No pay, no draft rule.
Set some clear rules in case somebody does flake halfway through the season.
I'm against an IR spot, we have 10 bench spots already and only start 9, that's plenty of wriggle room.

I think less bench spots but an IR spot or 2 would be beneficial.

Having to waste your bench spots on injured players when others don't puts you at a disadvantage.

I've never dealt with an IR spot though so happy to go with the majority on that point.

As for the league, I'm happy with the way things are, but opening up an IR spot next year sounds like a decent idea.
