Yeah you pay for it just like an app. Very easy/straightforward

Stream looks rock solid on iphone. No idea if you can do airplay or use HDMI out.

Can confirm it works over AirPlay with Apple TV. Reasonable quality...very watchable on 55" plasma. Is it just me or is the stream about 15 seconds behind the broadcast?

Must be doing something wrong then. I can only get sound, no pictures.

DRM (digital rights management) is what blocks the video. Best way to bypass is jailbreak and download unrestrictpremium from cydia. It costs about $3. Worked fine for me as I had the same issue of sound and no video.
