I was wondering how you guys think if Saints could get the following side on the park on a consistent basis how they would go.

1. Ben Hornby
2. Nick Youngquest
3. Mark Gasnier
4. Matt Cooper
5. Reece Simmonds
6. Trent Barrett
7. Matthew Head
8. Luke Bailey
9. Michael Ennis
10. Jason Ryles
11. Dean Young
12. Lance Thompson
13. Shaun Timmins
Interchange
14. Ashton Sims
15. Justin Poore
16. Ben Creagh
17. Willie Manu

Also does anyone know how Matthew Head is going with his illness and will he be alright for round 1 2005.

Agree 100% with that line-up
That's at it's potential best

I still rate Best a chance on the wings, but all I want to see is Youngquest, I think he plays like every winger should. Manu will be there as long as he isn't being a dickhead.

well that side, Acka, is very strong in the forwards; hence our defensive record in 2004.

I hate to say this but the inconsistency in the dragons , I think, stems from an unstable approach in the backline. Until Baz is available more consoistnently and can compliment head's game, the firepower in the centres will always be "potential" ready to roll. The two centres are awesome but I believe they could be even more potent with more consistency in set plays etc etc....

Nothing against Youngy, but i'd rather see big ashton starting in the second row. He's big, and i reckon he's pretty mobile for his size.

Acka, I think it's pretty obvious and everyone's been saying it for years, without injuries St George couldn't drop a game. It's god's way of letting the rest of the teams have a go.

As for Matty Head, he's going to miss the start of training and I don't know about the start of the trial games but he'll be there round one. F***ing pneumonia (and liver). God's way, eh?

Wezman, I could watch that Sonny Bill gif all day.

Seeing Flannery get smashed like that is f*cking superb.

Does anyone have a gif of Sonny Bills hit on Joel Clinton late this year?

Id like to see that again.
