Inquiry into WT Salary Cap problems?

Is there any mechanism WT fans can force the WT Board to commission an independent audit / report on the salary cap problems we have? Could we present a petition?

It seems to me WT have been subject to continual salary cap problesm for what 3 seasons? It has been a continual excuse for ppor recruitment and retention policies and what players we seem to get on the market with few exceptions eg Ellis, are generally overpaid and underperforming exascerbating the already chronic salary cap problems.

I'm not after a witch hunt but an objective report on our salary / contract practices and a change to introduce best practice ie do what the successful clubs are doing. Our practices certainly have not worked and have to change.

Yep, we have all heard that and no doubt true- but what can we do to make WT change their practices? They are not working and unless we can get the Board to do some form of an independent analysis of what has gone wrong and implement best practice as used with other clubs what hope do we have of changing the situation?
