Passes Jerry West on the all-time Lakers scoring list.

It's been a long journey, and a tough one at times, but an action-packed one. What a man.

Feel free to share with us your fondest memories about The Mamba.

Awesome work, shame they had to lose the game but overall its not a big deal.

Oh its so hard to pick a fave memory of this guy, there have been so many and no doubt there will be more to come. His 81 pt game is obviously up there, winning his 4th title and getting that sh!t off his back about Shaq but this is one of my fave Kobe videos which pretty much sums up why i love the guy.

Enjoy.

My favourite Kobe moment was Game 4 of the 2000 NBA Finals against the Pacers. With Shaq fouling out, Kobe (a kid at the time) stepped up big time and made some massive plays to give LA the win. As Bob Costas said at the time, 'How good is this kid"

Really was a sign of things to come.

Cool vid. Really captures his intensity well.

He's come along way from those air-balls in Utah.

Good times.

I kind of miss young Kobe. Back when he had his hops and was just dunking on everybody.

Seeing him evolve as a player has been fascinating.

I wonder why Tiger hasn't posted in here yet. He probably loves Kobe more than I do.

Well I hate to disappoint....

Fondest memory? Probably when I built my Atlanta Hawks dynasty around him on NBA Live 2004 - he was unstoppable in that game. Think I ended up winning 7 straight rings before I took the Spurs GM position.
