Loan system for the NRL?

For those that follow soccer or football, everybody will know of the loan and transfer system and I was wonder whether or not that this should be adopted by the NRL.

Transfers while under contract wouldnt work as it would ruin the salary cap, so what about a loan system? Clubs who are struggling to stay in the salary cap limit or clubs with players that wont get first grade experience could loan their players out to other clubs who have injuries or other reasons. Length of contract is up to the clubs

This wouldnt count under the salary cap (clubs that recieve loan players) and in their contracts they must sit out their club they were loaned from.

No. It's a restriction of trade and has already been taken down by the courts.
