Does anyone else agree with me that he deserves a starting spot next week? or perhaps even next year. what a buy he has turned out to be, started off a bit sluggish but that was expected. he is going really well, a no frills front rower, maybe the perfect player to replace luke stuart?

I am not a specialist forward coach, but I reckon with coaching on how to take contact, he will continue to make those extra yards. i.e. he is a big dude who seems to take the ball up quite well, but then seems to accept he has been tackled, relax, and gets driven back slightly. I don't know, maybe speed training? Anyways, was good to see how he went. I think I was even more pleased with how Ross went. Some people in the crowd were not impressed with his (Burgess')dives for the line, but I for one was hoping he did it more. That close to the line....you have got a bit of size.....have a go (are you listening Dave?):D

I feel like we are a little bit under the radar with Luke Burgess so far. He has had a couple of good games and the media hasn't really jumped on the bandwagon. If he keeps this up then he well defintely get a start next year.

Luke is totally different to Sam, Luke will do the hard Yakka as will George, Sam is the Monster of the Family along with Tom.

Leeds were mad to let him go.

Tom needs to learn that being big isn't enough though. Luke is the kinda player you don't want to read about in the media. He is the solid prop forward that you only notice when they make a mess of it. Whether he is good enough, only time will tell.

Agreed... they look like a competitive family.

Nobody wants to be the "bad" brother, they will all lift week in week out.
