The funny thing is that Lichaa has been playing much better this year then in previous years. If he had of played this way from when he came to the club his job might have been safe. It will be interesting to see how his game develops now he has added some running into his game. Still too little too late.

That said Souffs defence was utter rubbish so it's hard to gauge.

Don't get me wrong, Lichaa needs to go. He has offered nothing since he joined the club. Now that his job is on the line he has finally added some running to his game, I don't understand why it took him so long.
