For example, the Andrew Denton Breakfast Show Music Challenge has produced some CD's that have some of the following:

Willie Nelson performing "Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana
The Screaming Jets performing "My Heart Will Go On" by Celine Dion
The Wiggles performing "Its A Long Way To The Top" by AC/DC

Johnny Cash recorded a series of unlikely covers a few years ago, with great results. there was some Soundgarden, Nine Inch Nails, U2, etc and ol' Johnny worked them all over great.

I'd love to see Slayer do the Beatles 'Ob La Di-Ob La Da' too :lol:
