First rumour to get us going for the offseason is that apparently (I know here we go again) lol is that we are chasing Des Hasler HARD because Dosutie knows he is under pressure and he's good mates with Hasler's manager (George Mimis I think it is) and is trying to secure his services for the 2018 season and beyond as it's no secret he is on the outs with the Dogs.

PUNT ON DRAGONS TO FIRE

MARK Coyne’s home truths directed at his old club, St George Illawarra, last weekend needed to be said.

Everyone at the club is either told not to speak publicly on key issues or they’re just too afraid they’ll lose their job.

But strangely, Coyne’s honest assessment of how much the Dragons must improve in 2017 hasn’t impacted on one TAB punter.

Despite the Dragons being $101 to claim the 2017 premiership — the longest price to win the competition in TAB betting history — the faithful punter has parted with $1000 for a possible collect of $101,000.

The Cowboys are favourites for the 2017 title at $7.50 in the most open market on record.
