The National Rugby League (NRL) has today announced the introduction of the NRL Spectator Code of Conduct (Code) to strengthen the collective response of Clubs and the NRL to instances of spectator misconduct.

The Code has been designed to ensure the safety and wellbeing of players, Club personnel, match officials and fans at all NRL events and matches hosted by the NRL and the Clubs.

It clearly outlines the game's expectations of fans when attending events along with the processes for dealing with fan misconduct and its associated consequences, such as spectator bans.

The Code is now available online for the information of all spectators and is referred to in the NRL and Club Event Terms and Conditions that apply whenever match tickets are purchased.

The full code can be found at this link: https://leagueunlimited.com/news/40007-nrl-introduces-spectator-code-of-conduct/

4. At an Event, Spectators must:

(a) not use foul, indecent, obscene, threatening, insulting or abusive words or language

We're going to end up with empty stadiums...

Quite a bit of that is actually a criminal offence in NSW and most other states too. So its not new.

Haha they can't be serious. Does that mean you can be ejected for calling Latrell a f**king fat merkin? How can they possibly enforce that.
You can't call him lazy either because you'll get punted for racism.

Briggs will probably write an entire diss track about you as well...
