The Roosters will tell themselves they're 'back in the hunt with a statement win'. Or something like that.

As for the Titans, that could be goodnight nurse. Another disappointing season on the golden mile.

Edit: the Knights have hit the front just before the break, 14-12. This could be good.

Newcastle are up for it though. 14-12 with Storm player in the bin for 10.
Make that 18-12. Sensational try to end the half.

Here they come 24-16
26-18, two mins to go. Remember last night!

Edit: 26-18, Knights. Final. What an upset. Thank God we've got a points buffer, as Newcastle and Easts aren't finished yet, and we know the Eels, Cows would be nipping at our heels too.

Manly have a massive game coming up.

Yep, Storm tried to overplay it with a kick that was to big to the winger.
Nice work Knights giving us 2 point breather on Storm!

Val Holmes in bin for a tackle that looks more whiplash causing contact rather than direct contact with the head. But might not have seen the right angle.
No HIA for Moses either.

Be interesting to see how Blake goes in the second half as that first half was a disaster for him.
He was playing against us in the reserves game a few weeks ago and he looked cooked. So a bit of a surprise to see him out there. Probably get a hattrick in the 2nd half now that ive said all that.

24-16, Cowboys. Final.

It was easier than that. They controlled it right through for their sixth straight win.

Michael Luck is doing the post-match on the ABC!

The Panthers maul the Dogs, 44-18, which was predictable. Penrith's f/a also gets a boost, as if they needed it.

Let's go Manly!
They're playing like they're in an elimination final. 10-0, twenty mins gone.

The fans at Shark Park look flat.

Edit: Olaau'atu latches onto a smart Parker chip through, 14-0. From the restart Manly are in again with some lovely passing at the line. 20-0.

The bad news is Lodge is in the mix.

20-0 now! Do we really want Manly to win? I don't want to meet them in the finals. They're a real bogey team. Have sorted us out for years.
Good question. We play Manly in 4 weeks and if we can beat them they will struggle to make the 8.

If Cronulla lose our chances of making the top4 increases. If we finish top4 we are guaranteed a home final I believe.

Cowboys are one of the form teams at the moment and a team you don’t want to play in the finals

Manly 24-0 at halftime

Bloody hell! Are the Sharks having some mental comeback win?!

30-26, Manly. Six mins left! Edit: Manly hold on, 30-26. Final. Credit to Sharks' fans who didn't starting filing out with 15 minutes left and down 30-4!

Manly went to pieces when Jake Trbojevic went off for his HIA. It's obvious that they need at least one of those older Trbojevic brothers on the field, otherwise they don't look likely for finals.
