Morning routines at LU.

HJ - Posts something with a link to something. Thinks it’s a sign of something dodgy. Makes a few vague suggestions about something and implies that he knows more than the rest of us, but doesn’t actually provide details.

Bandy - Logs in and sees a series of half baked thoughts and links to random articles. Reads each of the linked articles and explains to HJ what they are about and why it isn’t evidence to support his vague claim.

So the defenders of states rights through the state of states rights are gonna sue some states for exercising their rights.

Sounds legit.

You get a pardon, you get a pardon, everyone gets a pardon!

Which is a stretch because the supreme court is an appellate court. So because they don't have a case to appeal, they are creating a fight between the states so they can rule on that.

The reason why Texas is suing the other states is because they changed some of their election rules to accommodate covid stuff.

"Using the COVID-19 pandemic as a justification, government officials in the defendant states of Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (collectively, “Defendant States”), usurped their legislatures’ authority and unconstitutionally revised their state’s election statutes."

"They accomplished these statutory revisions through executive fiat or friendly lawsuits, thereby weakening ballot integrity. Finally, these same government officials flooded the Defendant States with millions of ballots to be sent through the mails, or placed in drop boxes, with little 2 or no chain of custody1 and, at the same time, weakened the strongest security measures protecting the integrity of the vote—signature verification and witness requirements. Presently, evidence of material illegality in the 2020 general elections held in Defendant States grows daily."

"10. The probability of former Vice President Biden winning the popular vote in the four Defendant States—Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin—independently given President Trump’s early lead in those States as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, is less than one in a quadrillion, or 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000. For former Vice President Biden to win these four States collectively, the odds of 7 that event happening decrease to less than one in a quadrillion to the fourth power (i.e., 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,0004). See Decl. of Charles J. Cicchetti, Ph.D. (“Cicchetti Decl.”) at ¶¶ 14-21, 30-31. See App. 4a-7a, 9a. 11. The same less than one in a quadrillion statistical improbability of Mr. Biden winning the popular vote in the four Defendant States—Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin— independently exists when Mr. Biden’s performance in each of those Defendant States is compared to former Secretary of State Hilary Clinton’s performance in the 2016 general election and President Trump’s performance in the 2016 and 2020 general elections. Again, the statistical improbability of Mr. Biden winning the popular vote in these four States collectively is 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000 5. Id. 10-13, 17-21, 30-31. 12. Put simply, there is substantial reason to doubt the voting results in the Defendant States."

Aka "the Salty States".

Actually, will need to withdraw the last post. Could be Fake News.

Alabama has released a statement saying they are paying attention and may be aligning but haven't seen anything official for the others. What I saw may be from something in November.

Will update as confirmed Fake News if I get that info.

Possibly because of the Texas suit, which is wider in scope and has already been placed on the docket.

Bro the Supreme Court don't rule on the standing of whether a litigant is entitled to have the court decide the merits of a case - because they got a better one being filed this arvo. If you really believe that then you have truly lost your marbles.

Yeah, that's a fair enough point but I also feel that you don't actually realise what's happened.

Contrary to what your MSM Masters have brainwashed you to think the case was not dismissed, thrown out, blah blah blah.

They simply want arguments heard before making their decision.

So, this perhaps becomes secondary to the Texas suit, so it's allowed to fall by the wayside a bit and it's not crucial that it gets priority.

***

Also, Arkansas have released a statement saying they support the Texas suit, so that's two other states waiting for the suit to progress before getting onboard. Cannot confirm the others I originally posted.

Louisiana AG has released a statement in support of Texas, stating that Louisianans are damaged if they obey the rules and other states don't.

Add them to Alabama and Arkansas. Now at 3.

That's bullshit re Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania was about to certify the Biden win today and they sought an injunction to delay / defer / postpone that announcement. SCOTUS said yeah, nah.

This is from a RWNJ website

The primary component of “injunctive” relief that was requested in the Emergency Application was to prevent the Governor from taking that step and/or by Order directing the Governor to “decertify” that step if it had already been taken.

I expect more confusion and smuggery from HJ in the morning in the 30 min before he has stopped looking at Golden Girls porn and realises he needs to start busking at Parramatta station.

It's far from a level playing field. People tend to do shady stuff in the shade. Now we've got several states taking the dodgy-looking ones to court we might get some action. Alongside maybe audits of votes and machines. It's looking decidedly more interesting. That Raffensperger bloke might not be feeling all that comfortable.
