OT - Signature Banners

Just wondering after looking at signature banners here...

half, if it's you that made your signature banner or if it was someone else that did, did you make the background yourself or were they pre-made?

I was going to request a banner but that be rude of me so I'll make one on my own but the background i'm having problem with...

Any tips would be appreciated if offered

well I can tell you that I made tha background of my banner myself....it took some thought - but hey, I am a bit creative at times.

yeah i made the background of my own banner. pretty much i did this thing so it goes from light blue to pink. then i put some yellow lines across it. then i put this frilly white bit along the top. expert

Gradient fill tool I'd say? Pick your colours and away you go, then add layers on top...
