Round 10 vs. Canterbury Bulldogs @Bluebet

Scrappy performance in Round 9 where fitness and peak Edwards/Yeo got Panthers across the line.

Round 10 now with Panthers A vs Panthers B.
1-17 - assuming everyone if fit and eligible to play (with a longer turn around/recovery and proper training sessions).

Edwards
To’o
Tago - (if suspended Alamoti)
May
Turuva
Luai
Cleary

Leota
Kenny
Fisher-Harris
Sorensen - (if injured Garner)
Martin
Yeo

Cole - (give him another run bigger body than Laurie)
Smith
Henry - (if injured Eisenhuth or Riki)
Garner - (if starting Geyer)

Peachy 18th

Hindsight - don’t change too much, keep working on combinations and it’ll eventually click. It’s a slow burn to a long season. Just need to make sure everyone is fit and firing at the right time. It’s good that the Cup side is firing, depth is good and next man up readily available.

Foresight - work on discipline. Too many easy penalties being given away putting Panthers on the back foot and on their line for long periods. Starts to games - need to be abit better. I’m sure it’ll be drilled into this week. Good to be playing back at home as well.

Garner deserves the starting spot in the backrow. Soro's versatility is better suited to the bench anyway.
Cole is a waste of a spot with Ivan's reluctance to get the 14 on the field. Souths were totally shot with 30mins to go last night and he should have played at LEAST 20mins

Agree re Garner starting. Scotty to the bench for some impact and leg speed.

good call regarding Garner starting. He was good yesterday. Sorro should be relegated to bench at least until he proves he is ready for week on week footy without missing games.

Sorro & Leota off the bench - any forward that gets injured should be coming back from the bench - their workload has been insane in the 2020s - they are aging somewhat and we need to manage these workloads.

Ivan has a knack for players getting hurt or suspended and forcing his hand into moves he should have already made
Tough it out, karma finds a way, it makes the team better for it, we can't just play perfect every week, poor ol Dylan needs a proper work out

Alamotis in then, now just word on Nathan and we'll see where we are at, does anyone know when Scotty2hotty is back?

Sorro absence is all quiet.
An unsubstantiated
rumour on social is that he did an mcl at training last week.

How longs a return from a standard mcl injury?
Rough guess, coz we are gonna need him come origin time

No idea.
Depends if its a sprain or tear. Both have different grades.
Grade 1 sprain is 1-3 weeks.

All speculation. We don't know what the problem is.

I know what it is.... Ivan loves his back rowers, he won't let him leave to get bruised on the field

.... I don't blame either... #mygoshthatrigg
