A Reynolds more than anyone imo. Pat had a great game overall. Reynolds didnt do much most of the game and when we were coming for them at the end he made bad decisions more than good.

Yep that was a bit mind boggling tbh, last play 20m out and he goes short ball centre field to a benchie, and his general play kicking in that period was fairly average.

What to make of the fight? Not a lot. Surprising we don't see this stuff more often with everyone a voyeur/photographer these days.

In a way its good for the Broncos if they receive bans though I doubt that happens. Las Vegas isn't an ideal start to the season for any club.

Brisbane have three main challenges to overcome to be at the pointy end once again.
1. Avoiding the sophomore slump - plenty of their guys had breakthrough seasons and replicating that is never easy
2. Responding to heartbreak the right way - we did it but plenty of sides are just torpedoed by losing a crushing grand final. Our friends at Parra for example and that wasn't even a contest.
3. Go forward - They've lost 2 of their top 4 metre-makers. It looks like the same positional subtractions as us, but those guys both were super important to their go forward (ours not so much). Others are going to have to step up big time or Haas will be a lone hand and he'll get swamped by complete packs like ours.

Challenge 4 - is to not have your 2 most senior players (Carrigan and Reynolds), filmed roughing each other after a night of booze, just days out from showcasing your club to the US audience..

If Rabbitohs weren't pinned on their goal line by Cleary's kicking he could have played with a more high percentage mindset. He knew Cleary would continue to pin them on their goal line so he had to do something to get out of that and take a risk.

Great prospect, I think he’s a 7 though, I couldn’t see him staying long term if we did sign him.
