So I’ve just had a L5/s1 discectomy, same operation Danny Buderus and Miniture-cello had back in the day.

Early days now obviously but once iv done my rehab I need to lose some weight, and I love running, but obviously this puts strain on the back. Does anyone have any suggestions about this- run/don’t run etc.
And if it is ok to run and/or I just have to stick to grass, can anyone suggest a good jogger for this situation. Cheers

Edit- I am a fan of KT26 if this helps
