Look at the ingredients in your shampoo and conditioner. If Sodium lauryl sulphate (SLS) and/or Sodium laureth sulphate (SLES) is in it, it will be actually be damaging your hair. These denature proteins, and our hair is made of proteins.
Propylene glycol is a toxic ingredient too.
