Hey guys.

With the NSW Cup Sharks continuing their undefeated streak by beating the Bears today for their 12th straight win, it got me wondering. What is the NSW Cup record in regards to an undefeated streak?

Curious to know, hoping our boys can break it!

It would be interesting to know. Surely some team has gone thru undefeated for the season over the years? It is a great effort though as it is a true streak from the beginning of the season 12 and 0.

Does anyone know the record for the NSW Cup? also Cronulla's record?

Cronulla have 2 comps(NSW cup equivalent) 94 and 96. Don't know about streaks though.

Found this Sharks Club record out of interest but it doesn't say NSW Cup/Premier League/Reserve Grade records:

• 11, 31 July 1977 - 6 May 1978
• 11, 8 June - 24 August 2002
• Longest Winning Streak - 12 (1998 - included two draws)
• Most Home Wins in Succession - 12 (April 8, 1989 - April 7, 1990)
• Most Away Wins in Succession: 6 (1995)
• Most Wins in a Season: 18 (1999)

Also found Roosters 1975 won 17 in a row and Bulldogs won 17 in a row in 2002.

I think the record is something like 19 by the roosters in the 70's.

They mentioned in an article a few weeks ago that the Sharks were the first team in reserve grade to start the season with 13 wins from 13 games in over a decade.
