Full strength they don't have a bad side, your post highlights though they didn't need a 30 year old centre, that money should have been invested in a couple middles.

That thinking (and I've heard it everywhere) is backwards. We desperately needed an outside back. We needed to improve our yardage game with our back 5 first and foremost.

We have been relying on Milne/Paulo/Tass/Kennar/etc over the years. It's not good enough.

We get stuck in our own half and our forwards have to do too much work.

AJ is the best in the business at finishing tries but he can't ruck it out of our own end. Latrell doesn't do that either. So much fell on Campbell Graham's shoulders (literally and figuratively). With him being injured we really haven't seen the benefit of Wighton just yet.

If Souths get our back 5 right our forwards are good enough.

Bennett comes in next year with a full healthy list and takes them to glory.
