St.George Bank Dragons Line-Up Unchanged for Tigers Easter Clash

The St.George Bank Dragons will field the same starting line-up which
smashed the Knights last weekend when they face the Tigers in their Easter
Telstra Premiership clash at Telstra Stadium this Sunday.

The only change is to include prop Ashton Sims on a bench of six (with two
to be omitted). Sims was ruled out of last week's match because of a knee
injury and Brent Kite has retained the starting prop role.

The bench also includes Justin Poore, Michael Howell, former Tiger Lincoln
Withers, Ben Creagh and Ryan Powell. Creagh was omitted from the bench last weekend and played Premier League.

The Tigers have been playing very well - they always start the season strongly, but I think the side named should account for them if they show some application & discipline.

I am looking forward to Sims getting back on to the field. And it will be interesting to see if Kite can continue his rich vein of form

Cheers,
Ben S.

True. They were shit last season and still beat Saints.

We won't roll over like an Andrew Johnsless Newcastle did, but we don't need no stinkin' Andrew Johns.

It's a pit you don't still have Hassan Saleh.

Good to see an unchanged line up and hopefully the Dragons can perform as good as last week.Withers and Gaz looked especially good.

We went in to the Melbourne game with an unchanged line-up too

For some reason, the Tigers are always a tough game for us. Styles make fights, maybe??

It's a shame we're playing at the Olympic Stadium & not Leichardt though...

Cheers,
Ben S.

It was rhetorical question but thanks lolesi. ;-)

Just heard on the box that both sides today are as per the card and its warming up on a firm surface. If it was Randwick, they'd call it a fast track.... the opposite to what we had in Wollongong last week.

Fitness will be an issue here.

Agreed Biglance. The difference between winning and losing is miniscule.

But its good to see the lads playing with some confidence again... it's been a while. Maybe Brownie is finally getting some results.

If the forwards keep hammering the line like that week after week, they'll be hard to toss.
