Tempur mattresses

Who has one? And are they as comfortable to sleep on all the time as laying in a store demo. They worth the bg bucks, comfort/sleep is important to me as a shift worker.

I've tried the in store demo, but haven't taken the chance and splashed out so can't say.

I did get a tempur pillow though, and it's been fantastic for me (as a back sleeper).
