U20 Video Ref

Noticed the U20's are using the Video Ref in the finals

I feel this favours the bigger teams and disadvantages teh smaller teams as the big guys get a rest rather than puffing out during the game

Nope, not new. They bring in the video ref for the U20 finals every year.
