No player is signed, resigned, or cut at any club without the head coach making, or being up to his eyeballs, in the decision.

How much more so with a guy like bellamy.

He knew who was coming in for those seasons and what dollars it took to get them...so hes constantly doing the maths to see who he can fit under the cap.

We are supposed to believe that AFTER all those discussions took place, backroom staffers at the Storm ran around behind bellamys back and offered said players extra money under the table??

We need something like www.capfriendly.com which tell us what the players are on for each year of contract, a guy started a site years back capgeek for NHL he later died but was even used by the clubs, i know this wouldnt fix the TPP payments, but if figures were available you could tell when a club is basically over and then pressure would be put on NRL.
