Hope the new players are good as we have lost some of our best performers from 2008. Anybody in the WARL likely to make an impact this season for the Reds?

There is a guy Darryle Gordon, who if he put his mind to it that could easily play for the Reds.He is a front rower with a great off load and has played rep footy for N.S.W.U/18's.I think he is going to have a run at the Central districts this year where he played in 2007.

Centrals will have a very good forward pack this year, trying to think who that Darryle Gordon is but cant put a face to the name..

Great, we lacked some size in the pack last year. compared to clubs like Mounties we looked like under 18's!

lol he isn't actually that big, he just wears jerseys two sizes too small to make himself look bigger than he really is. He is utility, can play wing, centre or in the back row. He goes ok but isn't anything to get really excited about.

Hopefully they have been hitting the weights in the off season and bulked up a bit. Wonder what the 2 guys from NZ are like?

Freeman's got the goods, was captain of the nz tertiary squad a couple of years ago running at stand off, got man of the match vs new south wales and australia and took out player of the series, look for a big season this year after being sidelined last year with a knee injury, not too sure about savi

Interestingly they played Freeman at scrum half and Doeg at Hooker in the trial.
