AMNRL Club interested in parnership with WARL Club

The merger between the Rockingham Rugby League club and the Coastal Cowboys has attracted the attention of the American National Rugby league with an offer of a partnership between the new club, the Rockingham Coastal Sharks and the New Jersey Sharks.
The New Jersey Sharks are one of the premier clubs in the US league and have provided a number of players to the National team which is touring Australia's East coast in February for games against the St George Allstars.
Both clubs could be looking at establishing a player scholarship scheme where players from both clubs could spend time playing in the local leagues. A number of other initiatives are planned with both clubs enthusiastic about the amount the good will that can be established. The Rockingham Coastal Sharks no doubt will be taking a keener interest in the forthcoming America tour.
