Moisturiser stops the moisture in your skin from escaping rather than re-moisturising it. Plus it makes it temporarily greasy!

Research before you buy any - there are many ingredients in personal care products that are bad for your health.

An example - shampoo has a major ingredient called sodium laurel sulphate, which is a known protein denaturant (it is used for this purpose in electrophoresis - a biochemical protein isolating technique)....this is alarming because our hair is also made of protein....
