Poor discipline, injuries and inexperience are the three main problems.

Once the side is settled, they'll start showing their potential. They'll still finish in the top 6, but the CL was very dissapointing.

Totti gets linked with a big money move every summer it seems, but it never ever really happens.

Unless Roma somehow got relegated then he would leave. Cassano it seems is a certainty to move.
