Here is a list of crowd averages of the top teams in the world. Look at the P.N.G. clubs, pretty good crowds up there.

There are also no New Zealand or Japanese Rugby teams listed on that site which proves how crap there "data" really is.

In the case of NZ the data is skewed because niether super 12 or NPC sides are technically clubs, they are rep teams (given that NPC sides are drawn from provincial unions and each S12 side is drawn from multiple NPC sides) so they are not included in the list. The same would apply to all other S12 sides (the site actually mentions that S12 is excluded). The Japs should definitely be in there though.
