I think its a big signing as he is big, strong, mobile and runs good lines, im very happy if we have pulled this off.good player but not a real strategic signing.. we already have enough running back rowers... we need another genuine prop, and a triangle player to come off the bench..
Possm I'm not convinced Kasiano is the answer, sure he's a big bopper, but he can be cumbersom in defence and doesn't have a great deal of game time. How do you transfer someone that big into a mobile fwd without them shedding too much weight? The pack we need is:
Run on side:
Kasiano, Rein, Stockwell, Creagh, Thompson, Merrin.
Bench:
De Belin, Cooper, Ah Mau/Harrison, Hunt.
If Proctor is signed, he would fit in for Harrison/Ah Mau.
If Hunt is to be replaced, his replacement is likely to come from the Cutters.
Rein should step up and play for 80min.
If we need a more robust right center, Peter Mata'Utia is the replacement.
If we need a more consistant performance in the halves, then Witt is our best option at 7.
