I have heard that the players have lost faith in Sharpe. They had a blow up with him about selection and the players he is looking or helping to recruit next year.

Well try assists, trys, tackle breaks, missed tackles etc puts him ahead of the supposed 2nd best NSW in Dugan.
At worst he is the 16 best in the NRL. More likely positioned around 8th.
Not bad for a guy in team that has been missing 50% of its salary cap all year.
& hes getting better each game, as he continues to improve from surgery.

Gordons been rank average all year. Showing improvement yes, but a long way from saying he is in form.

Knowing us we will swap Sims for Holmes nothing surprises me anymore

Players lost faith in Sharp well the fans had long ago.

Wasnt there situation where Morris was playing just to hit 300 games then that was it as has arm injury.

Why not once hits 300 have him retire let him coach for remainder of year he is wanting a coaching role in future maybe he has some ideas that are different at least

I am told the playing group are furious that Lichaa was not included in the game day squad, and that the club has done nothing about getting him back before June 30.

I have also heard that the players have asked what back line players the club are looking at for next year, and the answers they have are forwards.

We have approached 3 backs about June 30 deadline moves, but none will improve us in the immediate future. Instead we are trying to force Tariq Sims into putting in a compassionate leave request.

Only problem is, the Cowboys will ask for Holmes in return.

I am not in the know but knowing this club at present we will most probably lose him any way so may as well get T Sims out of it if possible.
Do good backs in the Nrl have spiders on them or do the players think the club does???

So 50% of our losses are by 18 points or more. We have not had two consecutive losses that have been by less than 18 points. Our average losing margin is 15.25.

I call that getting flogged regularly.

I heard a strong rumour we were targeting Mansour and Korebeiti with STRONG offers to get them over before the June deadline. They are merely rumours, I know nothing for sure.

And Val Holmes isn't going anywhere. The club loves him.
