Lawrence's deterioration through injury has been so hard to watch, the guy looked to be a star when he came in to grade and now at age 25 he's barely even NSW Cup standard. I was never a fan of the idea, but I think a move into the back row is the only option for him if he wants to stay in first grade.

Luani.....we're never going to have a good back up option to Farah, no hooker who is first grade standard wants to play NSW Cup for all bar 3 games a season and it's not worth wasting any more than minimum wage on a second hooker who will play 3 games a year.

Lulia has always been a dud

How can you be sure of this?

Luani, Lulia and Lawrence all have contracts running past next year.
Anasta will retire but everyone knew this from the start.

All we really need is to punt Moltzen and Lawrence and sign a good right centre - Krisan Inu would go okay, maybe even Blake Ferguson if Roosters don't want him anymore.
Then there is the back row. If Thomson decides to leave and Fulton retires, we are well and truly f**ked unless we sign a quality back rower.

This above plan works as we have young blokes developing in NSW Cup for the future, but the fact of the matter is none of them are ready yet.
