A bit surprised the three year deal looks like becoming a four year deal, rather than just starting the three years earlier. But a good signing to bolster our pack for the next year or two at any rate.

I only just realized he was NYC player of the year in 2009. How did I miss that? For what it is worth, NYC player of the year has tended to kick on to be a useful NRL player.
