With only Hoppa, Robinson & Hunt as tried in the position, I think that this is likely the next spot we'd recruit for. Can't see anything in the 20's, at least not for a couple of years?

It is. I expect Richie will be no problem. The Wicks one is a little odd as the NRL have had a fair bit of time to consider it.

Also happy Watmough is just three years, if true. And as you say, we should have a fair bit of coin to recruit for 2016.

3 players specifically for fullback? That's a lot for only 1 position. It's kinda like us having Peats, De Gois, and Pritchard all for hooker next year. There's only 1 hooker in the 17, so what's the point of 3?

I have a feeling we'll get rid of Pritchard and Hunt before Jan pre-season.

It's not all doom and gloom. Apart from Hayne we didn't really lose anyone good. Richie and Wicks are good signings IMO. Takawhatsy should be OK, and even Robinson ain't bad. Considering the coin they're all likely on I think we've done pretty well. Watmough is what we need right now, even if the contract is too long. We can worry about how busted he is in 2018, if that eventuates. Oh, and we already had Sepha, so I guess that's a push.
