We have until Feb 28th, 2015 to finalise our 2014 cap as well so we can always more monies into 2015 if we need to.

They need their clubs to want to let them go as well. The Tigers are under cap pressure, which is why they let Takairangi walk away.

Cap pressure or not, all these r cases of clubs just looking to part with players they dont really want anymore for whatever reason.
